My Balance is Blocked !

I have a Payoneer account that I use to receive funds from customers in the USA. for some reason I am getting the message on the account, that is blocked. I need help on this ASAP... if my account had a problem why did you allow the system to keep using it?, why I never received an email about this situation? why Is so hard to open a case and talk to someone about this problem?. This is money and for that reason, I consider it is very important to communicate with customers ASAP when these situations occur. PLEASE HELP...
