My Customer ID is 40866182. Can someone say why is my account under review for the last 15 days?
My Customer ID is 40866182. I have opened the Payoneer account on the 5th of November 2020. Today its the 20th of November 2020 that I am posting this message because my account is not verified and is still under review. The verification center does not show any pending requirements since then and no emails have been received regarding the same. I have tried to send messages but no reply came in. I have even tried on phone contact but that was only for active customers as said in the voice. Please help me to open my account as I am a content writer freelancer and would like to receive my funds on the Payoneer account. I am looking forward to providing all the necessary details once Payoneer gives me an option to do that. It has been 15 days now and no response from anywhere regarding the account review has come through. - clear
