Can't apply for a IBAN from payoneer because customer support emails get auto-replied to

Good evening,
I recently created my payoneer account in order to keep private and business bank transfers seperated. Since I can't see any assigned german Iban to my account I wanted to ask support to approve and assign me one. But every single email to customer support gets answered by the auto-reply feature. It seems like payoneer is making an effort to be unreachable via support email so my only other option is using the forum instead. Please help me apply for the german Iban and tell me why payoneer won't let me email them via the "contact us" option. My customer id is 41089236.
