How do I get money into my Payoneer account?

For bank transfers it mentions it only accepts money from corporate accounts. Then I tried PayPal and there is a $35 dollar fee.

Is there any way to get money into a Payoneer account?

I've never seen any financial service (or business of any kind) that makes it so difficult for people to send money to them..
