I can not order card via DHL because live chat is not working

Hi everyone!
I want to order a new Payoneer card via DHL since standard shipping did not deliver my card.
Currently, live chat is not working for me. So I can not directly get help from agents.
I wrote my problem via email but the Payoneer team sent a copy of the same template twice.
How can I solve this problem and how can you assist me to support customer care?
