Have not received funds

I requested a withdrawal of payment on the 14th of November and still have not received the funds. I've made other posts, even contacted Payoneer support that said the bank statement I Provided will be under review for another 3 days. It is still pending after 3 days. Can someone from support actually help me out? This is ridiculous!
