Access to "Adding/Changing" Bank account Details are disabled.

I have had a Payoneer account for awhile now but haven't been using it.
When I choose "Bank Account" all I get is a message stating "You don’t have any available bank accounts at this time. For more information, contact us."
I tried to contact Payoneer but all I get is an autoreply.
Tried creating new account but they do not allow 2 existing account, so either I need a way to disable the old account so I can create a fresh one or a way to solve this.
Any help would be appreciated.

    I have the same problem. This is totally ridiculous. For a company that makes its business from transferring money, you would think this should be the easiest thing that their users could do.
