Payment delay after 6 business days - no e-mail, no communication

I am receiving payments using Payoneer for at least two past months. However this month one payment was made (same origin) and it's being already 6 business days. I haven't received any communication about it. Looking for other related questions I could found some equivalents, and now I'm starting to be concerned. Please, have anyone any information about any problem that's happening?
