Account approval and activation of global payment services

Hi, am Customer ID 40357241. I live in Uganda. I applied for a Payoneer account which I successfully received but it lacked the global payment service. So I contacted customer help and they told me to provide my national ID both front and back face plus my full address. The first time after waiting for over 15 days my national ID was rejected and they requested a resend which I did. it is now 10 days without any feedback. Please I need those US bank details to start getting paid ASAP, help, please
