Money Not Received in Bank

Hi everyone. I have been 10 days that Payoneer has sent money to my local bank in Nepal but I have not received in the bank. I called my bank if there is any issue and they say that they have not received any yet. Before this I had received the money on time without any delay but this time its been 10 days now.
What could be the possible reason?
