Global Payment Service not working, support is non existent

I tried GPS recently. Had a small test transaction from client in Canada to Canada GPS account.
Payment was declined. Explanations.. generic. Mostly saying like transaction is sent from personal account.
When it is NOT! Transaction was made by company in Canada, from copmany's account.
Support ticket sent.. got back same stupid general response and marked case as solved. It is NOT solved.
How it is solved whn nothing is working as it should and getting support for paypal is mission impossible.
I'm trying one more time, sent ticket and if it fails to be fixed tyhis time or get any meaningful respond that will be my end of using payoneer. I agave i too many tries but most of cases it is headache!
It all looks good on paper and for PR but in practice.. nearly unusable...
