Payoneer support so bad & not help to remove the link with My Envato Account

I want to link my Envato account with payoneer.

but My Envato account already linked with the old payoneer account, I can't remember this old account

I contacted Envato to remove payoneer account from my envato, it's done but Payoneer also has to do the same

the Envato support tell me: Please contact Payoneer support and show them the above screenshots and screencast as well as quoting your Envato ID 569****7

I try with this problem 3 months ago :( & No help from payoneer :'( !! the customer support doesn't have any answer but "you will get an email ASAP"
