I just submit a request to change DOB and I get a reply that "We are unable to update the DOB on your account at this time. Instead, we kindly ask to open a new account"

Are you serious? I've funds in my account and If I made a new one then there is a risk when connecting again with Fiverr my Fiverr account got banned. So, I want the Payoneer team to change DOB on my account so I can use my account without any unconvience.
