Personal and Business profile

Hello,
I have a Personal profile here and I'm about to sell my items on the website joom.com. They're asking me to have a Business profile/business account of Payoneer.

I tried to see where I can apply for the business, like if I can add another profile/account as we do on Facebook (personal and pages).

Questions:
Do I just have to register again under my company name? Fill out everything like new?
Am I allowed to have both a personal profile and a business profile under the same email address?

You can just send me the link of the knowledge or instructions and I will follow. I just really can't find it.

    you can have both profile into one account (payoneer has store manager option) so what you have to do is to reach support via Chat or by phone and request it.
