Balance Blocked, Card Blocked and deactivated.

I Registered my payoneer account in 2015.But that time, I did not received money to my account after receiving my payoneer card. Now Cards are deactivated and balance also blocked. Recently 34 USD Transfer From Amazon but its pending from 27 November 2020. How i reactive my account ? and after how many days release my pending upcoming balance?
