I have already submitted all the documents required and contacted via support regarding the progress of my application.
At this moment I still have no answer.

I saw in this community a lot of people in the same situation. Are new applications currently closed?

    As soon as the approvals department has reviewed your documents you will be updated via email.

    At times there can be longer wait times due to high volume.
