can't transfer payment to another payoneer account, can't top up

Hello dear community

I verified Payoneer account to my company name in Czech Republic in legal form of LTD.

I need to transfer money for service to a freelance developer in Ukraine to his payoneer account.

But i as soon as i go to pay screen it says:

"Before you can make a payment, you need to receive additional payments from one or more of the options below
Choose from 2 simple ways to get paid:"

Option 1
"Connect with marketplace, network or business platform integrated with Payoneer"

What should I do to be able to pay?
i'm new to payoneer and have no idea how this works.
