Link Envato Maketplace payment to my new payoneer account

Hi,
I want to link my new Payoneer account to my Envato marketplace account, the envato team have given me an id to give to payoneer support, to link the accounts (the Envto account is currently linked to my old Payoneer account which I no longer have access to). I've tried contacting support for the past 2 weeks, and all I get is automated responses. Can someone from Payoneer contact me so I can get this fixed. I want to unlink my old payoneer acount with my envato account.
