Card scheduled for inactivation

Hello!

I received an email from Payoneer telling me that my prepaid card will be soon closed due to little/no usage in order to avoid unnecessary fees. Although my balance is positive and can cover all the fees. Is it possible to cancel this scheduling please ?

I also tried to reach customer help by opening a ticket but was automatically closed by a robot reply.
