Error connecting a payment from another company to Payoneer

Hello. I need help connecting my third party account to my Payoneer account. Whenever I try to link my third party account to my Payoneer account, I get an error like
"We are unable to change your payment method at this time. For further assistance please contact us."

I have not been able to receive payment for more than 4 months, please help, I really need your help. thanks
