Upwork payment still pending

I am a new Payoneer user. I wanted the Payoneer card for which I have to have $100 transaction before being able to order a card.
I sent $108 from upwork and today is 4th day since the payment is still pending. Payoneer has not verified my documents. No email about documents either. No money deposited information either.
I am tired of waiting. How do I contact Payoneer so that they would deposit the money to my bank, I don't want on those money on Payoneer if my account takes this long to validate. Poor Poor customer service from Payoneer.
