Hi, I have an account with expired card that I registered 5 years ago, received one payment and did not use it anymore. Now I decided to freelance again and restore accounts. I've tried to connect the support to understand will I have some problems after withdraw from upwork, because upwork account was connected to expired card. I didn’t find a way to contact, because when making requests getting email auto-replies from the robot, when I call they answer that they are only dealing with clients who actively use translations, the online chat wrote "canceled". I have changed old account email, used my email to create new account and now it's blocked. I've requested to delete previous account, but how I can unblock new account to withdraw from upwork and order the card?
