Problem Card delivery by DHL
I ordered a Payoneer card on September 30th. It's been 02 months already, I haven't received anything. I have always received packages through my PO box, but this time I just had to order a card from you, and from nothing. In short, this is not the reason for my request.
Now I have ordered a new card and have specified the DHL option. For a week, I have not received a tracking code. Honestly Payoneer, do you like stressing the customer? When we contact you, we are only entitled to automatic responses already programmed on Computer. I have money, but I can't use it. From your perspective, isn't that frustrating? The luck you are having is that I am an African affiliate, and Payoneer is the only way for me to collect my earnings otherwise I would have closed my account a long time ago.
My question is simple: When will I actually receive my new card? In the hope that someone here from the administration will answer me. My customer number is 38892897.
