Please enter your first name in local language

In the third step of registration process, it is asked to enter your first and last name in local language. but whenever i try to proceed after giving all details, it asks again with red highlighted text to enter your name in local language. how to resolve the issue.

    Hey there!

    When entering your full name during registration please note there is a character limit of 26 characters for both the first and last name fields. If your full name is longer than this limit, we recommend using abbreviations for middle names.

    If this is not the case, you might be experiencing a technical issue. We recommend trying the following:
    -Clear browser and cookies
    -Try using another internet browser
    -Try using private browsing mode
