Can't log in - lost old phone number - you guys added a two step verification and can't do anything

Is there anyone working here? I've used payoneer long time before, I have a card and everything, now one of my biggest customers wants to pay me through this service (no idea why due to the lack of support).

Biggest problem is I CAN'T LOG IN! Lost my old phone number, I still remember it, but when I login you guys added a two-step verification and it's obvious I can't add the pin from that message.

The laughable support article said:

Phone number issues
If you remember the phone number with which you registered but it is no longer active or in your possession, you can reset your password via email.


To reset your password via email follow these steps: Open the forgot password page, enter your email address and choose Reset Password. Here you should choose Reset by email which appears under the Send Code button.


When resetting the password via email you will be asked to enter your phone number. You can write the number that you remember and proceed. You will not be required to verify it via an SMS. Once a new password is selected, you can login and update your phone number.

I did all of this and guess what? It still asks for a two-step verificaton for me to login to change that phone number.

I tried calling 00 1 646-658-3695 provided my id, by they automatically straight forward (idiocracy movie) said that I haven't used the account in quite some time and they won't help me, they will help the current freelancers that receive money through their platform. I DO HAVE TO RECEIVE PAYMENTS NOW!

So what do I have to do now? absolutely no idea. This is one of the most awkward things that happened to me in the past 15 years of working online, it's almost laughtable.

    Same problem here. It is not possible to enter a new cell phone number since I lost my old number ... for now I am unable from making withdrawals ...
