Can't add a new bank account

Hi!

When I created my Payoneer account I put a bank account that didn't managed US $ and it probably failed to pass the confirmation. I now have a bank account that does accept but the menu doesn't allow me to add any account. I cannot see the old account I added either. I cannot create a new account to start the process again either, so I'm stuck with an account that doesn't work at all.

Should I cancel it and start all over again from the start? Because I sent around 3 tickets and only got automated responses that don't help at all.

    I have the same exact issue, I have removed my old bank information and now I cannot add any new bank accounts....

    I am too contacting them repeatedly but keep receiving automated messages, chat service doesn't work.

    It is very frustrating! What our solutions there? Please answer Payoneer.
