Proof of address verification

Hi, my customer ID is 34225379. I have ordered my Payoneer card on 20th November. I was asked to submit my address verification document. So, I have submitted our electric bill which is in the name of my father. Today I have got an email to resubmit the document because they think the utility bill is either before the last three months or not clear to them. So, I have submitted my bank account statement which is generated from the bank account's internet banking online portal. I have submitted the pdf format of the document and also replied to Payoneer in the email attaching the documents. But my bank account statement contains a different address where I have lived In Dhaka city while opening the bank account. I have talked to the bank to bank that If they can print my permanent address in the statement. They replied If my permanent address was in the same division that could be possible. So, I have changed my address in the Payoneer profile. Is it ok to change the address which is the same as the address of the bank account address? Will this create any issue in verifying my address? How much time will it take to review the submitted document and where will be my card shipped to?
