Problem with ordering the card via DHL
Hello the group. I ordered a new Payoneer bank card using the DHL option, as the first one, ordered by normal mail, did not arrive as agreed, after its estimated date.
The problem now is that I ordered this new card with DHL option 10 days ago, and the order is still pending and I have not received a tracking code either. I have no news or response from Payoneer regarding my request.
Finally at this point, I no longer see the difference between sending by normal mail and shipping by DHL since it takes so long.
Please, you who already had your credit card, how long do I have to wait before I get the tracking code or did I make a mistake? I would like an answer, please.
