Bank Account verification under review for more than a week

Hello,

I am a new user of Payoneer. Opened ID at December 1st 2020. My ID got verified within one day but after that i have added my bank's information. But it is not approved. It's showing the status that , your bank account is "PENDING REVIEW" for more than a week. I have more than hundred dollar in escrow in Upwork but i can not withdraw it from there due to the pending bank account verification status. Please help me here. I urgently need to withdraw money.
