I made a typo mistake in my account

I've been working on creating an account and then I realized that I made a mistake on my account name.
My name should be Usman Akhtar
I mistakenly input it Usman Akhatr
I sent a contact us request with my National Id attached but the auto reply told me that they couldn't solve it at the moment.

Please help, my account has been registered to a company, I can't receive my payment with this.
