i want to delete my account

the sign up was incomplete and i didn't provide any iban number but the account is created and I didn't even got any email form payoneer for account review what shall I do ?

i made a second account with a different email address and completed a sign up and now the account is under review so can anyone please tell me that will my new account will pass the review ?
