Inactive account, what to do?

Hello Payoneer community

The company I work for has been informed that my Payoneer account is inactive, due to some data not being sent. But I already sent all the requested data a few business days ago and on my Payoneer page there is no request to send data. When I try to access Payoneer's support, I can't, because there is no option in my case, within the list of subjects. What should I do?
