My Payoneer account is working but not yet approved, Is it a bug ?

Hello there,

I wanted to ask one thing, I created payoneer account a week ago, but i couldn't find Global Payment solution in my Account receive tab. It could be because my account is not yet approved but when exactly it will get approved, I already submited all required documents all documents and its been a week now. I am not able to contact Customer Support. So what should i do, close my account ?
