Payments from Google Adsense

Hello, i have Google Adsense account opened in Germany and gonna use Payoneer global payments EURO account to receive payments.
I have found that currently Payoneer opens EURO accounts as fro Irish bank but not Germany one.
Kindly help me to understand, will i able to receive payments to these requisites account at Irish bank even though my GA account is Germany one (both are in EURO)?
Also is there any way to get Germany bank account details for Global Payments?
