can't get through the 2 step verification. Moved to a new country and don' have my old phone number

I need to be able to speak to someone or have some assistance via email.
I moved from the MOR to CAN and have now a new phone.
My previous sim has been disactivated. I need to be able to update my 2FA to be able to access my account.
Can someone please help.
I've contacted support but no one got back to me.
