Is the company Textbroker allowed to require me to open a 2nd Payoneer account in order to pay me?

Hello Payoneer Community,
I'm hoping that someone from Payoneer can tell me if the following behavior is allowed of companies who pay freelancers via Payoneer:
I am a freelance writer for a company called Textbroker. Textbroker pays their writers via Payoneer. Today, when I went to request my first payment from Textbroker, Textbroker told me that they would not pay me through my existing Payoneer account and they would only pay me if I opened a 2nd Payoneer account, through the link on their website. I responded to them by telling them that Payoneer does not allow me to have more than one account. They replied by telling me that they would only pay me if I opened a 2nd Payoneer account through the link on their website.
I then escalated this issue to a manager at Textbroker and they replied by telling me that the only way they would pay me would be if I closed my existing Payoneer account and then opened a new Payoneer account, through the link on their website. They went on to tell me that my only other option would be that they'd pay me, one time, through PayPal, but then they would permanently shut down my Textbroker account and I'd never be able to write for Textbroker again.
I'm wondering if Payoneer allows vendors to require Payoneer account holders to either open a 2nd account or close their existing Payoneer account and then open a new one, under the vendor's Payoneer link, on their website, in order for the vendor to pay me. I wouldn't think that Payoneer's vendors would be allowed to require Payoneer account holders to either open a 2nd account or close their existing accounts and open a new one through their website. This seems highly unethical.
Please let me know if Payoneer vendors are allowed to conduct themselves in this way.
