payoneer support entirely disabled

so today i tried contacting payoneer on all possible ways, i tried calling, opening a live chat and sending an email... all i got for first two is that they are disabled because of account inactivity, like we all have pauses in out businesses... i tried sending an email but ALL i get as reply is automated reply and it shows as resolved in status....
its crazy how they dont want to help you fix issues and continue using their service
what i need it an federal or some other bank account that i can link and use with ebay and paypal because thats where i am moving my sales to... looks like they dont want my money
i guess transferwise will want it instead?
any solutions how to get in touch with support and get this bank account opened?
