changing my USD bank account details

Hello

I’d like to change my USD bank account details to Community Fedral Savings Bank.
I have just received an email from you:

"Dear ...................,
Currently, the banking details that you added for the withdrawal service cannot be edited. Please add a new bank account with the correct details:
To manage your bank account details:
Log in to your Payoneer account
Go to the Settings tab and choose Bank Accounts.


I saw a question similar to mine, but it is not answered here
Please, I need to change the account details to link PayPal to Payoneer
