Payment Withdrawal Confirmation is still PENDING after 2 days

Hello!
I applied for withdrawing my payment nearly 2 days earlier. Payoneer did tell me to check my e-mail 'shortly' for a confirmation but I have received nothing like that. This is my very first withdrawal so I am actually very paranoid.

I need some reassurance-
1) How long does it take for the confirmation email for Withdrawal to Bank to arrive?
2) Do the bank operating hours matter?
3) What if the transaction does not go through? (not a likely scenario, but still) Will my credits get added back to the account?
