My payoneer card pendin approval for one month

Hi there!

I applied for new Payoneer card on 22. Nov 2020 and it is still on " pending".

I've completed verification process (my passport and bank document are accepted as a proof of residence).

What can I do to get approved and to get my card??

MY Payoneer ID is 41117802.
