Payoneer account t have not approved Documents

On December 11, I opened a Payoneer account but have not yet approved my documents. All the documents that I was asked to give have been given to Payoneer. All of them are now under review. In this case, I transfer my money to Fiverr Payoneer. There is no money being added from Payoneer.
Contacting customer care and live support is not working.
When I give a message in live support, I don't get the right answer
When I call customer care, they cut off what they know.
Please help me.

    It is the same to me. I totally don't know why this has to delay this much.
