why does customer support only send automated response?

when you make a request to send a message, they force you to select a topic and in the email you just receive an auto-generated email with the same information that was in the fAQs. What is the point of that? I just read the FAQ and my issue is not included in it.

How can I contact a real human for customer support who can resolve my issue?

    It is nearly impossible to reach them, via message, live chat or calling doesn't matter. They wont reply. I am trying to reach them for three weeks but I have nothing. I don't know how to solve my issue...

    I have been waiting for a pending payment for almost a week now, I got an email from Payoneer yesterday to provide more information,

    I check my verification center and I entered the information required, still waiting for feedback and how long does this process normally takes to complete.???

    I have requested a payment to my client on 4th and payment was done on 7th. Since then Payoneer is keeping my payment on hold. It has been in total 15 days. Support is ignoring my inquiries and they are disconnecting me from chat (if i can manage to actually connect with them). No info whatsoever. What is going on?

    It seems to me like they are ignoring on purpose as well.

    What are we supposed to do in such a situation then? Does anyone have any suggestions how we should reach out. What if we have an urgent issue?
