Wrong Bank Details

i, I've accidentally added the wrong bank name but correct IBAN number and system made auto made a withdrawal to this wrong Bank Account. Do I Get my Money?

It has been 14 days, but no one respond to my query, I have generated many tickets to support but they mark issue solved even letting me know. Can somebody help / Guide me how to get back money ?
