i did send all of the information i dont know what is the problem anyone can know how to help keep in ur minds all of out papers here with arabic language

    Language should not be an issue here. As we had a certain timeframe to submit requested documents, there is a chance that accepted document was provided too late.
    Not to worry! Once the relevant information submitted and approved, you should have an option to order another card.
