Stuck on Two-Step Verification page

Hello,
After providing my login credentials, on the next step I was told to enter the verification code that was sent to my number. I can confirm it's my number but i do not get the code, I have retried a number of times, but i still don't get it. I have tried to reach out to the customer support but i'm not having any luck so far. Please how do i resolve this?

    Hi there!

    Thanks for posting.

    There are a few different things you can try when the two-step verification code is not received:

    1. Check the country code
      -Please confirm you are only selecting the country code for your phone number from the dropdown list. Entering it again in the field for your phone number can cause the code to not arrive.

    2. Try the "Call Me" option
      -Click "Call Me" under the "Verify" button in the window that asks for the code

    3. Contact Customer Support

    • If you're still unable to receive the code please contact Customer Support, they will be able to enable a temporary method to help you access your account
