Transaction Reverse

I have made a transaction to china based account but I select wrong currency while adding account, now payment is pending for almost 3 weeks. How can I request for reversal of transaction. Please help me. Thanks

    If the funds have not yet left Payoneer, please contact Customer Support directly for assistance with this.

    If the funds were already sent to the bank, you can contact your bank as usually they are able to assist with reversing the funds.
