account locked after withdraw

i withdrawed my balance to my local bank a few days ago
a few hours later i got the confirmation email, the "we recieved you withdraw request" email
then i was trying to login to double check
then my account got locked because i answered the security question wrong
in this case, what will happen to my money?
will it stay on my payoneer balance? or wil it get transfered to my local bank?
and i've been trying to reset my password, but it keep saying that i enter the wrong data
help please

    As for your withdrawal, if you've received a confirmation email it sounds like your withdrawal is being processed.
