Invalid code on registration / Sign UP

I keep getting "Invalid code" When I try to register, or I get a countdown from 30 to 0 with no code being sent,
The call me button rarely appears, and when it does it doesn't call anyone.
Looks like your system is totally bugged, since I see a lot of complaints on facebook and on your forums
and nothing seems to work for a long time now.
I desperately need this service since my company only supports your service. Please fix this.

    Thanks for posting.

    There are a few different things you can try when the two-step verification code is not received:

    1. Check the country code
      -Please confirm you are only selecting the country code for your phone number from the dropdown list. Entering it again in the field for your phone number can cause the code to not arrive.

    2. Try the "Call Me" option
      -Click "Call Me" under the "Verify" button in the window that asks for the code

    3. Contact Customer Support

    • If you're still unable to receive the code please contact Customer Support, they will be able to enable a temporary method to help you access your account
