I received an Email from Payoneer stating that I have to provide more documents for verification, everytime I try to open the link, I get a blank page stating that there is nothing required from me to submit.
I tried contacting their support for help and got no response.
They closed my credit card a few days ago, I'm wondering, can I still receive money on that account from my employer company?

    Hi there!

All cards that were closed recently were expanded to a balance in the same currency. For example, if you had a USD card that was closed for either low activity or documents not received in time, your account should now include a USD balance.

This means you can continue receiving payments as normal. The payments you receive will arrive to the balance and you can withdraw the funds to your local bank account. ( If you haven't added a bank account yet please see this post on how to do so: Withdraw to Bank - FAQ )

If in the future, you would like to order a card again you'll have the option to do so once your account has had enough recent payment activity, and if needed you've submitted any relevant documents.

You can always check the "Verification Center" in your account under "Settings" to make sure you've submitted any needed documents.

As always, should you need direct account support please contact Customer Support.
