SMS never received when trying to pay using the debit card.
But when I try to reset my password sms is recieved well.
I am in Singapore. Could the Team check if sms is working or not when paying using card?

If the code isn't arriving by SMS, you can also select to receive the code by email or phone call.
Should the code still not arrive after trying these different options, please contact Customer Support for assistance.
